GT& R Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs<\/p>\n

This is a field-based role where the successful candidate will actively pursue new business growth through identification and development of new customers within the UK Fleet Market as well as maintaining and where possible growing existing fleet customers.<\/p>\n

The main purpose of this role is to win fleet business in both tyres and service and deliver results in line with agreed EBIT and volume targets.<\/p>\n

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Establish an active pipeline of potential fleet customers through own lead generation to achieve agreed targets.
\nResponsible for completing all Tender opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
\nCoordinate tender response, collaborating with key stakeholders.
\nAct as a main contact and liaise with European fleet team on European tenders.
\nNetwork and develop relationships with large leasing companies and selected local fleets.
\nManage all new business account wins through implementation as part of the handover process to the account management team.
\nSell and deliver the GY and HiQ Fleet value proposition to the Fleet customer at all levels.<\/p>\n

Education, Experience and Skills:<\/p>\n

Essential:<\/p>\n

Extensive experience in developing new business in a B2B environment.
\nDemonstrable track record in new business wins and account management.
\nDemonstrable experience in end-to-end contract management through tender to ongoing account management.
\nAbility to manage different seniority stakeholders through the end-to-end tender process in a matrix organisation.
\nKnowledge of the FN50 market.
\nHigh level experience in contractual negotiations, pricing and profitability analysis.
\nAbility to represent GY to customer board level.
\nLead generation & Pipeline management.
\nExcellent negotiation & Sales Presentation skills.
\nHighly proficient Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
\nCustomer Relationship.
\nThe ability to work from your own initiative with strong organisational skills.
\nExcellent communication skills (to all levels).<\/p>\n

Tyre and automotive industry experience.
\nUnderstanding of leasing market, long term, daily rental and government bodies.
\nWorking in large multi-site global organisation.

\nAn understanding of project management.<\/p>\n
