PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/p>\n

GLOBAL MARKETING\u00a0<\/p>\n

Responsible for maintenance of VP of Marketing\u2019s calendar, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, travel arrangements and preparation and processing of expense reports.
\nAssists the Vice President of Global Marketing with the development and maintenance of critical dates calendar.\u00a0
\nAssists the Vice President, Global Marketing in the preparation\/organization of all key Marketing presentations, such as Brand Strategy, International and Global Roundtable Meetings, Innovation Strategy, and International Retailer presentations.
\nHandles the processing of invoices and new vendor additions for Global Marketing team.
\nCoordinates no\u2013charge product orders for the Global Marketing team and maintains the no-charge budget.
\nDevelops, maintains, tracks change and distributes the Origins Global Marketing Launch Calendars, International Trade Marketing Calendars, and creation of the individual Market Calendars.
\nTakes on ad-hoc projects as needed from all Global Marketing departments.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Responsible for maintenance of VP\/GM International\u2019s calendar, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, and travel arrangements.\u00a0\u00a0Prepares and processes expense reports.
\nAssists in the preparation of all key presentations, such as Brand Strategy, International and Global Roundtable Meetings, and International Retailer presentations.
\nEnd to end support for key meetings\/events such as Global or Pre-Regional Roundtable.
\nSupport maintenance of regional and affiliate distribution lists and organizational charts.
\nSupports content and distribution of monthly International Newsletter.
\nAd hoc project work as needed.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

College degree
\n2+ years of Marketing experience
\nStrong analytical, organizational, project management skills
\nExcellent written and oral communications
\nProactive and has the ability to motivate others
\nPrevious global and\/or marketing experience required
\nPreferred Marketing experience within Prestige\/Luxury industry
\nExperience with global marketing or international cultural exposure a plus
\nDetail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects.
\nAbility to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
\nTeam player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams
\nMust have excellent analytical and computer skills
\nMust be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems<\/p>\n
