Loews Support Member Jobs<\/p>\n

We are seeking an Front Office Manager to direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services team to the appropriate levels of service and quality as defined by Loews Hotels.\u00a0 The Front Office Manager will\u00a0ensure\u00a0the guest service team is exceeding expectations for telecom, front desk and concierge services as desired by the guest.\u00a0 Overall responsibilities include room type management, training, team relations, communication, cash handling, day to day supervision in partnership with the front office leadership.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Minimum two to three years Front office or guest services management with at least one year supervisory experience
\nKnowledge of hotel operations\u00a0
\nExcellent and demonstrated communication skills:\u00a0 written and verbal
\nOutstanding and proven guest service skills
\nOrganizational skills
\nAbility to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary, required
\nExperience with hotel property management systems.\u00a0 Opera preferred.
\nA Bachelors degree in hospitality management and\/or business is preferred but not required<\/p>\n
