DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following<\/p>\n

Manage accurate and timely invoicing processes utilizing systems such as Famous, Managed Procurement, and Navisphere
\nInvestigate invoicing issues to identify underlying causes
\nCreate and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient billing practices
\nHandle specific invoicing requests and collaborate with customer account teams
\nUse critical thinking skills to resolve invoicing questions and issues
\nWork with accounts receivable, account team, and collections team to enhance processes
\nMaintain strong relationship with the accounts payable team
\nAssist with customer onboarding tasks related to invoicing.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

Required:<\/p>\n

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
\nMinimum 4 year of customer service experience<\/p>\n

Preferred:<\/p>\n

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
\nPrevious experience with the Navisphere, Famous and\/or Managed Procurement systems
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\nPositive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict\/sensitive topics
\nStrong interpersonal skills
\nCritical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgement and make decisions
\nSelf-motivated and the ability to work independently
\nEffective in multitasking and prioritizing their skills and time
