Your responsibilities will span a diverse range, from reconciling monthly staff cost planning reports to analyzing compensation variances and collaborating with teams across various time zones and cultures. You’ll be a key player in ensuring accurate financial forecasts, providing insights to partners, and contributing to strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Include
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Reconcile monthly staff cost planning of HR reports to ensure accurate planning
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Adjust monthly forecasts with HR adjustments (e.g. promotions, salary increases, new hires, transfers, etc.)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Assist with month-end close entries, including reclassifying expenses and booking accruals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Analyze compensation variances on P&L accounts to prior forecasts and budget
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Cross analyze variances across regions, lines of business, and organizational functions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide partners with explanations of variances
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Review risks and opportunities with HR and Finance leaders across the region
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Upload and review compensation entries into our planning systems
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Organize data from various systems into accessible reports and perform analyses using key performance\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 metrics.

Basic Qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a04+ years pertinent finance experience with a firm understanding of GAAP and financial statements<\/p>\n

Additional Qualifications
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Advanced Excel user, demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and formulas
