We will rely on you to:<\/p>\n

Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and\/or multinational clients
\nIdentify, and agree strategies for, clients\u2019 risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
\nLead and sign off insurance programme design activities
\nProduce budget proposals and negotiate fees
\nHost client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
\nStrive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients<\/p>\n

What you need to have:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Property-Casualty (Combined) insurance experience
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nNegotiating and Influencing skills
\nAnalytical and problem solving skills
\nACII part\/fully qualified (or equivalent)<\/p>\n

Dynamic with previous client facing experience
\nThe ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
\nCert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable<\/p>\n
