In this role, you can expect to:<\/p>\n

Manage and run projects using Scrum methodology, running associated ceremonies (Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives etc)
\nDesign and implement custom delivery approaches using agile methodologies by facilitating decision making, weighing up potential risks and blockers and proposing best fit
\nDefine solid end-to-end workflow and understand the best methodologies \/ ways of working to support the delivery
\nClient management \u2013 setting expectations, understanding their business and market and strategically incorporate clients’ goals \/ objectives into our work and growing relationships by successful delivery
\nLead client reporting by defining key metrics, analysing data to drive decisions \/ optimise projects and present to clients with relevant content and a transparent and open approach
\nReport internally on project health and responsible for tracking profitability, surfacing risks, issues and blockers and responding quickly with suggested solutions
\nIdentify project change and define\/agree clear change management process with all key stakeholders
\nForecast and communicate resource requirements liaising with relevant stakeholders, identifying the right people for the work
\nDevelop your direct reports, within the community and beyond, holding regular 121\u2019s, setting goals and objectives by utilising our performance development system.<\/p>\n

Experience using Jira and Confluence as a ScrumMaster or Delivery Manager
\nA passion for strategic and user centred approaches to unpack problems, and validate the solutions

\nBroad understanding of digital technologies and contribute to the strategic delivery approach
