\n\u2022 Ensure that new solutions conform to policies and standards and meet defined non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, availability, security and manageability.
\n\u2022 Identify, assess and communicate technical risks to the Business and Operations.
\n\u2022 Evaluate products for project and future usage and take responsibility for trialling new technologies.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Indepth knowledge of Observability and Monitoring technologies across Legacy Infrastructure, Cloud systems and en-premise Containerised environments.
\n\u2022 Indepth knowledge of Interlink Software Systems Observability AIOPS tools
\n\u2022 Indepth knowledge of BMC TSOM and Patrol Agent Architecture
\n\u2022 Significant experience in a demanding, high availability environment
\n\u2022 Proven experience of delivering complex technical designs and architectures
\n\u2022 Ability to analyse systems and extract required information for delivery of complex integrations.
\n\u2022 Ability to present complex technical information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
\n\u2022 Flexibility to take on new products, services, strategies and ways of working.
\n\u2022 A clear understanding of how non-functional requirements such as performance and availability are delivered by a technology solution.
