THE OPPORTUNITY<\/p>\n

As the\u00a0EMEA\u00a0RETAIL SALES TRADE MARKETING MANAGER\u00a0you will lead in developing and implementing omnichannel trade marketing strategies that are fully aligned with the brand strategy. You will drive the translation of trade marketing strategy to tactics, including resource allocation, identify optimal omni-channel engagement activities to appeal to customers , shopper and consumers by understanding their needs.<\/p>\n

This position works out of our Maidenhead location in the EURISA Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/p>\n

Lead Omnichannel Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories in region<\/p>\n

Develop and execute the Omnichannel Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget<\/p>\n

Support the Marketing efforts regionally through training and education initiatives to help the customers improve the conversion rates and drive demand generation<\/p>\n

Driving retailer execution alongside local trade marketing & key account managers to improve of retailer and consumer satisfaction levels<\/p>\n

Develop and define ROI benchmarks to drive sales & margin efficiencies \u00a0<\/p>\n

Lead defining key metrics and KPIs for both online and instore for local trade marketeers & account managers<\/p>\n

Support development of selling stories as we accelerate our distribution in Europe<\/p>\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

Proven trade marketer\/ category shopper insight experience<\/p>\n

Proven digital marketing experience<\/p>\n

Excellent cross-functional working experience<\/p>\n

Strong evidence of project management competency and proven track record of delivering on time and within budget<\/p>\n

Experience of nutrition supplement industry or appropriate marketing\/business sector is preferred<\/p>\n

Educated to degree level and\/or equivalent qualification with relevant commercial experience.<\/p>\n

Use Excel, SAS, SPSS, ASAP utilities, or other tools to discover \/analyse potential patterns and correlations to support the marketing efforts.<\/p>\n
