Main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Define and maintain optimal process parameters for efficient equipment and production in line with quality standards.
\nDevelop and maintain clear procedures for production operators, supervise and support the daily operations of production technicians
\nLead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency
\nAnalyze process failures, losses, and quality incidents, and develop preventive measures.
\nManage change control, root cause analysis, and quality events.
\nPropose advanced technological processes and participate in equipment upgrade projects.
\nCollaborate with other BD Plants to share technical knowledge and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n
About you<\/p>\n
Engineering degree, HND\/HNC qualification
\nPrevious process improvement experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in medical device manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
\nDemonstrated experience in project management and the development of standard work processes.
\nProficiency in generating and modifying drawings, preferably using AutoCAD.
\nStrong problem-solving skills to analyze sophisticated issues and find effective solutions.
\nEffective interpersonal skills for collaboration<\/p>\n
