RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

Prospecting new business and making sales calls to existing accounts.
\nD evelop a strategy to grow business with customers by identifying product solutions and service capabilities to meet customer needs.
\nDevelop weekly selling plan and conduct sales calls accordingly.
\nDetermine where customer is in the overall selling process and what steps are necessary to advance the process towards closing the sale.
\nConduct product demos to support the selling process.
\nCoordinate Technical Service needed to support customers’ application requirements.
\nIdentify sources of sales leads and follow through on leads provided by store\/facility personnel as appropriate
\nManage customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to travel (occasionally overnight) as needed.
\nAbility to maintain a discipline in pre-call planning daily and monthly activity to ensure time is maximized and the territory SherPlan is being executed.
\nKnowledge and proficient user of sales excellence methods in sales calls and time management.
\nAbility to evaluate growth and improvement opportunities and establish a viable territory business plan.
\nExperience and proven success in conducting outside sales calls on industrial flooring accounts to build new business and increase existing business.
\nExcellent wholesale customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution.
\nDemonstrated leadership qualities, including professional presence and exhibiting confidence with customers.
\nAbility to perform the essential duties of the job with\/without reasonable accommodation.<\/p>\n

3+ years of business to business sales experience in the industrial flooring industry.
\nDemonstrated knowledge and proficiency of multiple corrosion prevention solutions.

\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate and influence specifiers and asset owners.
\nStrong demonstrated knowledge in application equipment.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in a technical\/business field<\/p>\n
