Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Deliver outstanding technical support to clients using Hank, our BMS, and HVAC systems.
\nRespond promptly to client inquiries, assess issues, and provide effective solutions.
\nTroubleshoot and diagnose problems related to BMS and HVAC equipment.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
\nDocument support inquiries, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
\nAssist in testing and implementing software upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement.
\nProvide technical training and guidance to clients on Hank and BMS systems.
\nStay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with BMS and HVAC equipment.
\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for resolving technical issues.
\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
\nProficiency in MS Office and ticketing systems.
\nFlexibility to participate in occasional after-hours support.
\nWorking knowledge of basic HVAC equipment design and Sequences of Operation (SOO).
\nCustomer service experience in a client-facing role.
\nHighly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\nFluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
\nAvailability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.<\/p>\n

Certification or additional training in BMS or HVAC systems.
\nFamiliarity with remote access tools and software.
