To provide support and assistance relating to the administrative areas of the Cashiers operation.<\/p>\n

What this job involves<\/p>\n

Ensure that all transfer requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with current process & procedure documentation
\nProcess all income and payments within the set regulatory and internal deadlines
\nProvide an effective bank account opening and closing service to the client accounting teams
\nLiaise with the firm\u2019s bankers with regard to day to day queries
\nSupport the Client Account\u2019s payment processing activities
\nManage and resolve all stakeholder bank related queries.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to explain queries and problems concisely; compose simple and straightforward letters and e-mails independently, good telephone manner
\nAble to diarise and follow up issues that require further action \/ attention
\nCustomer focused with a commitment to provide outstanding client service
\nThorough with great attention to detail
\nFlexibility over working hours particularly around peak periods
\nKnowledge of, cashiering and ideally client accounting and client money rules
\nMinimum GCSE Level education including Maths and English
\nFormal qualification:\u00a0AAT or equivalent an advantage
\nComputer literate, experience of MS Office and E banking applications
\nExcellent interpersonal skills
\nPrevious employment in the banking sector advantageous
