Westrock Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

As an integral part of the Westrock APS future success, reporting to the Applications Manager the Project Co-Ordinator will be responsible for assisting the Sales team throughout project life cycle, from initial concept and \u00a0quotation through to a final product \/ process release and supporting the sales team to create small\/medium machinery quotations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

General Functions, Duties & specific Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Support with creation of preliminary sales project plans including relevant quality documentation
\nSupporting Stakeholder management\u00a0
\nWork with Sales Project Manager and other areas of the business to assist with machine delivery
\nSupport the FAT & SAT aspect of that project.
\nCreating sales quotations for small\/medium machinery
\nLiaising with Customers and Sales Team
\nEnsuring all paperwork is up to date
\nEnsuring all technical files completed as per requirements.
\nMinuting and distributing minutes of any project related meetings in a timely manner
\nPro-actively seek ways to improve project timelines
\nPro-actively pursue personal development
\nAugmented Reality Support.<\/p>\n

As Project Co-Ordinator your main responsibilities will involve:<\/p>\n

Providing full support across to the Sales Project Managers, Applications Engineer and Sales Team as required
\nProviding accurate information
\nWorking closely with Purchasing & OEM suppliers ensuring technical, manufacturing and quality aspects are monitored\u00a0
\nTaking direct feedback from staff to improve projects performance.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of engineering is an advantage.
\nExcellent organizational skills.\u00a0
\nKnowledge of equipment manufacturing processes and techniques i.e., 5s, TIMWOODS.
\nGood verbal and written communication.\u00a0
\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office ie. Word & Excel
\nProject experience preferred but not essential.\u00a0
\nSelf-motivated individual.
\nEffective Communication skills, influencing and persuasive skills.
\nAssertiveness and dealing with challenging, difficult people, managing stressful situations and projects whilst not demotivating others.
\nAccurate record keeping, computer skills and general windows software applications.
