In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:<\/p>\n

Owns the production activities for gas analysis products. Collaborates with planning, supply chain, quality, manufacturing engineering, logistics, stores, and facilities to ensure delivery targets are reached.
\nProperly staff department, provide resources and assign responsibilities of all employees.
\nDrives safety culture in the organization through leading hazard reporting, safety observations, and completion of safety action items.
\nCreate and update critical metric reporting (On Time Delivery, productivity, unit output, throughput times).
\nProvide capacity calculations to planning team and management based on forecast and advice on headcount. Make recommendations to site leadership on appropriate headcount requirements based on forecasted demand and acceptable efficiency level.\u00a0
\nServe as support structure for production supervisors and production staff and ensure company objectives are cascaded down accurately at all levels in department.
\nProvide feedback on material misses each week \/ month along with Pareto and in-depth analysis of failure modes and recovery plans.
\nCollaborate with key collaborators to build improvement map for production for Gas Analysis Product Lines.
