This role is key to supporting the account owners in the sales country to help achieve the overall booking’s target by providing a rich customer experience through quality and speed of service, always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service in accordance with the Think Customer principles. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:<\/p>\n

Provide customer service at highest standards, responding to customer\u2019s commercial and technical questions\u00a0or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization
\nIdentify customer needs\u00a0understand complex technical requirements, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine\u00a0the best solution\u00a0to be offered\u00a0
\nSize and\u00a0configure the products according to the\u00a0technical and commercial\u00a0requirements such as\u00a0specifications,\u00a0application fit, documentation, testing\u00a0requirements, target\u00a0lead-time and budget
\nCreate a quote in Oracle\u00a0assist with\u00a0technical recommendations and submit the proposal to customers on time,\u00a0technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
\nProvide MyEmerson support for customer when occasionally cart\/workspace\u00a0building is needed\u00a0
\nVerify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered technical proposal and\u00a0commercial terms. Resolve\u00a0any technical-related issues that\u00a0may\u00a0occur\u00a0with the customer
\nContact customers (via email, digital platforms and or phone), collaborate with Outside Sales Account owners to engineer and understand customer requirements and sales strategy
\nEnsure full compliance with legal and Company requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow necessary procedures<\/p>\n

\nDemonstrate ability to communicate at both technical and commercial level to resolve customer issues<\/p>\n
