Here, you will make an impact by:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Overseeing, harnessing and amplifying relationships with key customers within the Home Improvement & Distribution Channel\u00a0<\/p>\n

Managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channels, maintaining and growing long term customers by understanding and meeting their requirements and articulating strong value propositions to promote 3M solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction\u00a0<\/p>\n

Generally supporting the Sales team with customer requests, covering annual leave etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Collaborating with buyers, merchandisers & customer supply chain to drive incremental opportunities, delivering profitable sales growth to 3M\u00a0<\/p>\n

Networking across the different internal functions, shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service and the sales functions to align functions enabling internal and external objectives to be met\u00a0<\/p>\n

Profitably growing the Home Improvement & Distribution accounts to achieve long-term sustainable success.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Degree calibre applicant.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Self-starter with ability to work independently.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Solid national account management experience in Home Improvement, Retail or Office environment is desirable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Customer focused, with ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence while building key relationships.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Able to prioritise own workload and re-organise as needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Results driven, history of over-achieving on targets by finding new opportunities to explore outside of core space \/ ranging.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
