Partnering with the global StoneX teams\/industry service providers, the Salesperson will be responsible increasing the client footprint in the mid-tier hedge fund space as well as increasing balances\/trades volumes for existing relationships.<\/p>\n

The Salesperson will be expected to have a solid understanding of the wider StoneX product offerings to enable a more fluid cross sell across the firm.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Generate and win client business for UK Prime Services
\nPartner with wider StoneX team to facilitate cross sell opportunities in and out of Prime
\nCapture all leads in Salesforce and provide MIS to management.
\nPromote the StoneX Prime Brand throughout the region through client engagement, LinkedIn and similar platform, conferences, and associated networks.
\nEvolve marketing materials to illustrate StoneX current offering and forward sell future products
\nDevelop market intelligence of competitors product offering in order to benchmark versus StoneX.
\nWork with business head on revenue objectives for the business
\nUnderstand the costs and returns associated to each product to drive sales focus.
\nManage, develop, and enhance existing client relationships of the firm to drive activity & enhance revenue opportunities.
\nOversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of new clients onto the StoneX Platform.
\nUnderstand the margin dynamics of each product
\nBuild strong relationships with key internal stakeholders in Middle and Back office functions; Onboarding, Compliance, Regulatory Ops, Credit, Risk & Settlements. Front office across regional offices and Products.
\nUnderstand the local regulatory offering in relation to the impact on both clients and the ability for StoneX to offer services.
\nMaintain prompt and regular attendance.

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance or Mathematics preferred.
\n24-36 months experience in a relevant financial services sale\u2019s role.
\nAn established network of institutional clients, and associated service providers
\nDemonstrated interest in financial markets & macroeconomic drivers.
\nA track record of contributing towards revenue generation.
\nUnderstanding of the current regulatory environment, geo-political & economic drivers and the impacts of regulatory & economic change on this business and its client base.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
\nStrong analytical skillset, able to display sound judgement and commercial mindset.
\nExcellent organisation and multitasking skills.
\nDesire to work as part of a broader global team across disparate geographies.
\nAutonomous self-starter, able to work under own initiative.
\nStrong work ethic, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
\nMust be flexible to work foreign market hours when necessary.
\nMust be authorised to work in the US & London for any employer.
