Conducting financial, internal control and operational audits in support of the Internal Audit plan.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

General Duties<\/p>\n

Perform Financial, Client Money (CASS), Internal Control, SOX and Operational audits across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) departments in the firm.
\nAssist in the planning, execution and wrap-up of various audit projects. Responsible for end-to-end audit delivery, assessing a vast range of information and identifying key points that need to be raised to management.
\nReview the design of and operational efficiencies of internal departments, and make recommendations to senior management for enhancements to the control environment, as needed.
\nWork with external auditors on the Internal Control and financial audit processes.
\nComplete special projects at the direction of Internal Audit and Executive Management.
\nAssist the Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit in ad-hoc department tasks
\nMaintain prompt and regular attendance.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Experience<\/p>\n

5 years\u2019 relevant external and\/or internal audit and assurance experience.
\nFinancial Services industry experience preferred.
\nSOX, Regulatory audits (CASS, AML) experience desierable.
\nGlobal payments, FX and commodity trading audit experience desierable.
\nTechnical skills including knowledge of risk management frameworks and control processes desierable.

Qualification and Skills<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related field.
\nRelevant certification \/ professional designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CIA, CISA or related qualification)<\/p>\n

Skills<\/p>\n

Ability to work in a team environment.
\nExcellent analytical, organization and multitasking skills.
\nStrong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong business writing skills, including writing business development documentation, audit reports and internal memos.
\nAble to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.<\/p>\n
