What you will be doing:<\/p>\n

Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers
\nUse your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers
\nProvide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians
\nBring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
\nAsk appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
\nInform customers on parts availability.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll need:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Valid Driver\u2019s License
\nPrevious experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
\nHigh School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nGreat listening skills and empathy for customer
\nAbility to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment<\/p>\n

And if you have this, even better (not a deal breaker if you don\u2019t):<\/p>\n

Background and\/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
\nExperience in airport ground support equipment
\nKnowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND\/OR inventory management systems, a plus
\nEntirely customer-centric (external\/internal)
\nASE Certifications<\/p>\n
