Position Summary:<\/p>\n

Responsible for assisting personnel within the transportation department in the successful performance of duties by performing necessary clerical and administrative support functions required to ensure the efficient operations of the transportation department. Functions as a team member within the department and cross functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.<\/p>\n

\nCreate presentations, reports and forms using computer as requested by management.
\nAnswer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.

\nPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
\nSpecial projects, as needed.
\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

High School Diploma\/GED or Equivalent Experience<\/p>\n
