Reporting to the Platform Manager we are searching for a Program Manager to lead our JIT Program team. Based in our World Class UK headquarters in Coventry, the Program Manager will be responsible for timely delivery of the program Job1 + 90dys. You will be leading global cross functional teams which includes sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality and purchasing. You will be responsible for program timeline development, documentation and execution ensuring scope, quality, timing, and cost targets are met.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities :<\/p>\n

Lead cross functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs which exceeds both customer and internal expectations.
\nFull accountability for the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability and to required quality standards.
\nPlanning and executing of all activities in accordance with the milestones defined by the customer
\nManaging product changes, according to flexibility and cost defined\/agreed with Engineering and Sales.
\nIdentifying possible risks and critical points and applying the necessary corrective actions by escalating to get the needed support.
\nLogging, tracking and timely closure of key program open issues
\nLead customer DCR process for change requests
\nLead program change control through the CR\/CN process, with robust monitoring and tracking of all CR\/CNs
\nReporting of key metrics and KPIs, including leading Management Gateway Reviews
\nLead systems management and adherence (LearPro \/ PLM) for your programmes
\nTaking the lead to reach the yearly targets for the Cost Technical Optimization Ideas (CTOs) in your program<\/p>\n

Key Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Successfully completed an Appropriate Program Management Qualification \/ Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
\nExperience working in automotive field, seating background would be advantageous
\n5 years of work experience in project management leading cross functional teams
\nPositive \u201ccan do\u201d attitude and ability to lead by example
\nEffective communication skills, with ability to build relationships internally and with customer at all levels in multiple locations
\nFlexible approach to problem solving
\nRobust decision-making principles
\nSound time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
\nAbility to work autonomously and as part of a wider team<\/p>\n
