Field Operations Consultant role conducts\u00a0objective restaurant standards evaluations such as Operations Excellence Assessments, Food Safety visits and\u00a0National Restaurant Building and Equipment Standards assessments. You will analyze\u00a0restaurant performance across customer experience and operations brand standards. This position\u00a0also develops a holistic restaurant operations skill set across\u00a0all\u00a0restaurant operations\u00a0systems through ongoing assessment, training, and development.<\/p>\n

Conducts objective evaluations (i.e., Running Great Restaurants Visits, Food Safety Visits, Operations Excellence Assessments, Health & Safety Visits, and National Restaurant Building and Equipment Standards)\u00a0to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and McDonald\u2019s operations\u2019 Brand Standards
\nProtects the McDonald’s brand by identifying\u00a0issues that may pose risks to customer experience and brand perceptions
\nSupports operational excellence by identifying restaurants that do not meet\u00a0McDonald’s QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness) \/ safety standards
\nDevelops a holistic restaurant operations\u00a0skill set across all Restaurant operations\u2019 systems through\u00a0ongoing training, learning, and certification in assigned area of expertise
\nBuilds deep expertise in Restaurant Operations and\u00a0provides expert coaching and root\u00a0cause analysis to\u00a0Franchisees
\nServes as a Subject Matter Expert to provide support to restaurants as\u00a0requested by Operators on specific operations initiatives\u00a0(i.e.. Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital, etc.)
\nUses system and initiative Subject Matter Expertise to drive Guest Counts, Sales, and cashflow through support of operations, initiatives, and Owner\/Operator priorities by conducting Performance Excellence Sessions
\nCollaborates with Franchise Business Partners to assist in developing a full restaurant consulting toolkit, monitor goals and key metrics, and drive business results.<\/p>\n
