Responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the corporate and factory levels and to execute sourcing strategies for commodities to drive value and significantly impact bottom-line profitability.
\n\u00a0Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies to discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnership in the areas of “Structure and Aesthetics” (Sheet Metal, Plastic, Rubber, Di-casting, fastners) and Packaging Parts areas.
\n\u00a0Negotiate with external suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms and track key functional metrics to improve effectiveness of suppliers and accountable for supplier agreements
\n\u00a0 Manage Total Cost Of Ownership ( BOM , Overall Cost Structure , Quality & logistics )
\n\u00a0Develop detailed strategic approach managing S&A as a commodity to set future targets across standards, cost, performance and Lead time
\n\u00a0Collaborate with key cross- functional stakeholders and supplier partners to demonstrate Product Leadership of new launches and expectations of the company
\n\u00a0 Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
\n\u00a0Analyszing and deciphering change \/ improvement opportunities to add value to business -Support new key value based initiatives in S&A space
\n\u00a0Creating justification , communication and gain consensus for new projects \/ initiative to improve tooling and molding business performance
\n\u00a0 Can demonstrate good leadership abilities in managing the conflicts among cross functional team.<\/p>\n

4 years relevant experience

Knowledge about Zero based costing\/Total cost of ownership & refrence cost analysis
\nDeep understanding of Sheet Metal Stamping, Plastic, Rubber, Di-casting, fastners Parts’s manufacturing process & cost associated to it
\nDifferent Raw materials (steel, aluminium & resin) techno-commercial knowledge of application
\nSound knowledge abouts diffrent tools\/die
\nNegotiation Skill set
\nDifferent Post molding operation knowledge<\/p>\n
