Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Demonstrate capabilities across the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
\nNetwork within the Defence industry, fostering relationships with customers and the external marketplace.
\nEnsure data integrity and quality by managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM system.
\nAttract and source candidates using search and match technology.
\nConsistently deliver quality CVs within service level agreements (SLAs), aiming for an efficiency ratio of 3:2:1.
\nIndependently manage offer and onboarding processes, including handling complicated candidate objections.
\nPrepare for and attend client meetings, contributing to their success and providing debriefings afterward.
\nMentor Trainee Recruiters and Recruiters.
\nUtilize an in-depth understanding of clients’ business, culture, and key skills to identify roles in other areas.
\nAct as the Delivery Point of Contact (POC) for client\/account teams, following up on CVs and interview feedback.
\nChallenge and educate clients based on market insights and conditions, especially regarding rejected candidates.
\nStay informed about market trends, key movers, and projects to engage in high-level conversations with candidates and enhance market knowledge.
\nShare market information within your network via social media to drive inbound candidate engagement and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n

\nKnowledge of the Defence industry.
\nStrong connections and relationships with the external market, candidates, and clients.
\nUnderstanding of Defence clearance requirements, talent pools, and candidate attraction and engagement models.
\nExcellent communication skills to build influential, long-lasting relationships.
\nCommercial awareness and the ability to positively impact profitability.
