Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.<\/p>\n

To be a successful addition to our team, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Applicants must be well versed with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs required by the rest of the office team<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
\nProviding real-time scheduling support for our Executives.
\nScreening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
\nUsing computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
\nGreet and assist visitors.
\nMaintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
\nExperience using Office 365 tools, Adobe programs (Illustrator and Photoshop), and Slack is strongly preferred.
\nAnticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
\nThis position is part of and provides support to the Human Resources team.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred;
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as an Administrative Assistant;
\nAbility to multitask, prioritize and deal with ambiguity;
\nStrong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills;
\nHigh attention to detail;
\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills
\nExperience with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability to toggle between multiple screens.<\/p>\n
