Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Process payroll & reimbursable expenses for a portfolio of UK entities in-house within the Workday payroll module.\u00a0
\nManage the relationship with local stakeholders such as HMRC & local tax advisory companies.\u00a0
\nEnsure an accurate and timely payroll, including but not limited to base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, pension, statutory and supplemental benefits, mobile employees, shadow payroll, etc.\u00a0
\nWork on timely and correct wage tax filings and ensure local wage tax obligations are met and implemented
\nPerform timely and accurate month-end close process including account reconciliations and accruals
\nCross-functional collaboration with all process & business partners for process improvements and efficiencies
\nParticipate to payroll implementation process for new entities, as needed
\nPartner closely with our internal partners (HR \/ Employee Services \/ Employment Legal) to provide our UK employees with a first class onboarding and payroll experience.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance \/ Tax \/ Accounting (or similar field) preferred
\nAt least 5 years of functional experience with payroll processing and accounting\u00a0 payroll supporting multiple entities or countries in EME, in-house processing experience is a plus.
\nExperience with using Workday, preferably including Workday Payroll.\u00a0
\nIntermediate\/Advanced with Excel and other Microsoft\/Google products.
\nStrong communication skills, written\/verbal, and ability to interact with employees at all levels, including upper management
\nFluent in English, other languages are a plus<\/p>\n
