Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
\nCarry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
\nModify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems
\nContinually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
\nDevelop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites. <\/p>\n

Key skills and qualifications <\/p>\n

Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems
\nExperience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus
\nA good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
\nAbility to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
\nGreat communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships. <\/p>\n

You may be required to obtain and maintain security clearance for this role. <\/p>\n
