Under Finance Capabilities Senior Director supervision this position will play an important role in bringing the finance organization to the future state of operation through supporting projects and work that will transform Finance and align with Coke Finance vision.<\/p>\n

Function Related Activities\/Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

The successful candidate is one who can network and make connections, work as\u00a0 part of the project team, and support coordination across the Finance Organization as well as other Functions in order to support change management activities necessary to successfully transform our organization.<\/p>\n

Support Capabilities building Programs<\/p>\n

Work with the Global Capability Team and other Operating Units Capability teams across the world, supporting the development of the Finance Capability Frameworks, trainings, and tools to ensure that Finance skills and capabilities are in place to successfully deliver against the future state model.
\nImpact beyond Finance population; be able to build and deliver together with other teams Finance programs and tailormade trainings to Europe associates to increase Business and Financial acumen knowledge so that the Operating Unit can meet its long-term growth targets.<\/p>\n

Operational effectiveness, ways of working and management change activities<\/p>\n

Collaborate and support other KO teams (e.g., centralized service teams as well as Controls & Compliance team) to ensure that interaction models between teams are in place.
\nSupport change management activities (Finance and beyond) in the Operating Unit; Understand and liaise with digital transformation efforts such as new SAP ERP (SAP 4\/Hana) as well as other initiatives with Global teams e.g Data projects as led by Finance, system connections and automation e.t.c
\nSupport key activities in the OU (such as local chart of authority update and design and representation in the financial systems)<\/p>\n

Support Cultural and Engagement programs<\/p>\n

Support engagement programs and initiatives for Finance associates with aim to increase associate satisfaction and engagement. Examples of this would be initiatives around Finance leadership, Diversity, overall People Plan programs by collaborating with other teams and HR
\nSupport projects relating to current and future collaboration tools as part of the broader Capability building agenda and with aim to further enhance processes around collaboration across Finance team agenda.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & key requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor University degree or equivalent
\nSignificant experience in finance \/ change management roles
\nCommunication skills: be a key communicator to effectively cascade key updates to the team, drive engagement and adoption in the Finance team for processes and Capabilities work
\nProject management skills with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment
\nBe the role model in develop diverse network\/resources to leverage “best in class” knowledge, approaches, and processes
\nBe internally and externally focused, so you can shares and adopt ideas and best practices in and outside the Company and embrace change introduced by others.
