Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Responsible for maintaining employee data throughout the employment life cycle. Providing HR Administration support that includes employee data research, training, badge compliance, and open enrollment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n

\n- Manage new hire and transfer processing by coordinating employee and manager correspondence, data requests, documentation and system updates. Maintain timely processing to allow for appropriate provisioning and meet payroll and other compliance deadlines.<\/li>\n
- Manage support activities required for accurate employee data management across the employee life cycle:\n
\n- Validating supporting documentation<\/li>\n
- Validating pay rates based on various contracts<\/li>\n
- Validating and correcting employee and manager inputs through workflows<\/li>\n
- Inputting changes into HR systems<\/li>\n
- Maintaining accurate employee deductions<\/li>\n
- Maintaining employee files, including document scanning and uploading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- Provide support for annual open enrollment processes related to benefits and outside employment<\/li>\n
- Research and respond to information requests from employees and managers, including job history, compensation history, contract pay rates or other information housed in the HRIS<\/li>\n
- Assist with reporting and data requests associated with internal\/external auditors, vendors\/partners, as well as other departments throughout the Company using HRIS reporting tools<\/li>\n
- Assists with training, including site visits, classroom training, and one-on-one training sessions with both managers and employees<\/li>\n
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest requirements\/solutions related to the HRIS software as well as the processing procedures for continuous improvement of the department\u2019s efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
\n- High School Diploma or equivalent education<\/li>\n
- 1 year of administrative experience<\/li>\n
- Prior experience with an HRIS system<\/li>\n
- Self starter, organized, detail oriented, and accurate with good follow through skills<\/li>\n
- Able to independently prioritize daily tasks, anticipate needs, initiate appropriate action and exercise good judgment<\/li>\n
- Demonstrates consistent, quality customer service skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks<\/li>\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate to interacting with all levels of employees<\/li>\n
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing fast paced environment.<\/li>\n
- Able to regularly exercise appropriate discretion and independent judgment in interpreting and applying policies and union contracts<\/li>\n
- Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.<\/li>\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)<\/li>\n
- Hawaiian Airlines is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT \u2013 regulation, 49 CFR part 40) and all applicants are advised that post-offer and\/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted to determine the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opioids, PCP (Phencyclidine), and Amphetamine prior to any offer of employment or transfer into a safety-sensitive position. Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate\u2019s experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. - Prior experience with Ultimate Software including Back Office, UltiPro, Time & Attendance, and E-Recruitment<\/li>\n
