In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of a high quality iOS application.<\/p>\n
You will work closely with cross- functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure successful execution of projects.You are an independent manager who is comfortable leading and clearly communicating expectations to all team members. In addition to strong management skills, you act as a leader for the technical road map for your team and you communicate timeline, scope and risks to partners and stakeholders, and lead the on time delivery of major initiatives. You identify areas of strategic technical debt, the cost\/benefit analysis for resolving, and communicate suggested timelines.<\/p>\n

3+ years experience in iOS development and 2+ years experience in a leadership or manager role Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and X code, as well as iOS frameworks such as UI Kit and Core Data Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Experience in working in an agile development environment Proven track record of delivering successful iOS applications from concept to launch Comfortable working in complex and large-scale production environments must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.<\/p>\n

The\u202ftypical hiring range for this position is from\u202f$145,700 \u2013 $191,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
