Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Build automated pipelines and backend serving for query auto-completion, query understanding, DD\/card triggering, DD\/card slotting, and revenue optimization capabilities<\/li>\n
- Work with product managers and related parties to build user experiences in major vertical search domains like Local, Movie, Sports, Finance and Product\/Shopping etc., and slot them into web search results for better user experience<\/li>\n
- Develop software that powers experiences on smartphones, tablet, and desktop to drive growth in audience, engagement, and revenue globally.<\/li>\n
- Learn and gain a deep understanding of PIG\/Oozie\/Storm\/Spark\/Tensorflow, data extraction, model training, evaluation, and serving etc.;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n- Hands-on experience with a scripting language, such as Python or Perl.<\/li>\n
- Hands-on experience with Java, PIG, Oozie, Spark, PySpark<\/li>\n
- Experience in building large-scale, complex, reliable systems or applications.<\/li>\n
- Experience in data mining or machine learning using tools such as Hadoop, Spark and\/or Tensorflow etc.<\/li>\n
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MS preferred.<\/li>\n
- 15+ years overall working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 \u2013 $299,375.00\/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
