Job description:<\/b><\/p>\n
On Site Care is looking for an exceptional Family Practice Physician to join our team at our clinic in Mesa, AZ. Our model truly supports a \u201cquality over quantity\u201d approach to patient care. Our providers can spend thoughtful time with their patients without having to consider RVU\/production requirements. We do not see Medicare\/Medicaid patients.<\/p>\n
Basic job duties and responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Assessing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries, as well as providing vaccinations and preventative care.<\/li>\n
- Prescribing and administering medication.<\/li>\n
- Treating patients with common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor traumas.<\/li>\n
- Monitoring of chronic conditions, i.e., blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, etc.<\/li>\n
- Ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice by all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in a medical treatment facility.<\/li>\n
- Refer patients to correct medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.<\/li>\n
- Order diagnostic tests as applicable.<\/li>\n
- Assist patients to increase knowledge of specific conditions through individual and\/or group educational opportunities.<\/li>\n
- Performing other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Active and unrestricted state NP\/PA License and Federal DEA Registration are required.<\/li>\n
- 3-5 years of Family Practice experience preferred.<\/li>\n
- Bilingual (English\/Spanish) is a bonus.<\/li>\n
- BLS\/ACLS Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
