We are looking for an accomplished Records Payable Director to manage our records payable and seller administrations group. This is a remote-based position, and the effective competitor will be liable for making due, tutoring, and creating colleagues while guaranteeing proficient cycles and distinguishing open doors for development and cost reserve funds.<\/p>\n

Key Liabilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n

• Direct and lead the records payable group, including enrollment, preparing, execution assessments, and work force the executives.<\/li>\n
• Team up with colleagues to define departmental objectives and track key execution markers (KPIs) to accomplish focuses on that add to the association\u2019s development.<\/li>\n
• Deal with the records payable interaction, including accommodating and evaluating above costs, executing week by week check\/ACH runs, and directing month-end close methods.<\/li>\n
• Smooth out processes, keep up with standard approaches and strategies, and handle raised issues inside the office.<\/li>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial field, preferably in accounts payable or a related area.<\/li>\n
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience, with excellent leadership and people management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers, with a remote office setup.<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional work ethic, results-orientation, and strategic thinking ability.<\/li>\n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations concisely and timely.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Remote position with the availability and communicative presence during scheduled work hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST).<\/li>\n

      • Ability to travel for required training and team-building activities, which may include overnight stays.<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
