Requirements: \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

Associate level or equivalent experience \u2013 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field \u2013 Strong adaptability and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment \u2013 Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask \u2013 Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services \u2013 Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software \u2013 Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team \u2013 High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
