Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

• Working with the client to define\/gather requirements<\/li>\n
• Working with the development team to test the software solution<\/li>\n
• Performing Regression testing, overseeing UAT, and generally ensuring that the software is functioning per specification<\/li>\n
• Keeping the SDLC flowing by progressing Agile stories through the lifecycle<\/li>\n
• Leading \/ overseeing documentation, knowledge management<\/li>\n
• Training the user base and presenting the solution<\/li>\n
• Promoting the ServiceNow solution generally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Strong Familiarity with ServiceNow<\/li>\n
  • CompTIA Sec+ (otherwise willing to obtain in 2-weeks of onboarding, or 2-weeks after starting)<\/li>\n
  • BS+2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
