  THE WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n

  As a Subcontract Manager, you will oversee the full procurement lifecycle for several AEW programs. Your responsibilities will include managing major subcontracts’ cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring that all aspects align with program objectives. You\u2019ll provide critical proposal support, including developing Subcontract labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and TINA supplier documentation. Your role will also involve source selection and evaluation, developing work recovery plans to ensure on-time deliveries, and leading negotiations on pricing, terms, and lead times. You\u2019ll drive cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with supply chain stakeholders to maintain timely and accurate purchase order statuses and closeouts. Independent work is essential, though you will keep key stakeholders informed and escalate issues when necessary.<\/p>\n
