Firstsource Healthcare has immediate full time Work from Home positions available as Customer Service Agents.<\/p>\n

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:<\/p>\n

Handling a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries<\/p>\n

Be able to answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and type information into the computer system simultaneously<\/p>\n

• Web camera visibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Our agents start at $14 an hour base pay + $1 more per hour for attendance & performance bonus incentives<\/p>\n

  Training is 8:30am-5pm eastern time Monday thru Friday for 4-5 weeks.<\/p>\n

  Production schedules, after Training, range between 8am & 8pm EST<\/p>\n

  • Must have Internet to include a router with Ethernet jack for connectivity toPC<\/li>\n
  • Must have a private workstation to perform your work<\/li>\n
  • Call center experience.Health insurance experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.<\/li>\n
  • 2 years customer service experience preferred<\/li>\n
  • Minimum typing speed = 30-35 wpm preferred<\/li>\n
  • Substantial understanding of the job<\/li>\n
  • Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.<\/li>\n
  • Problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers required<\/li>\n
  • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills<\/li>\n
  • Follow established procedures to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
