  • Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating software applications, and utilizing internet resources
  • Adept at working independently and collaborating with remote teams
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in rotational shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
