Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Freight Broker to join our team at NEXTLEVEL LOGISTICS. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing our freight operations, negotiating rates with carriers, and building and maintaining strong relationships with shippers. You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, helping us fulfill our commitment to provide our clients with the best freight solutions. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN YOU !

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with shippers and carriers to identify their freight needs and match them with the most suitable carriers.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for our clients while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Manage shipment bookings, including coordinating pickups and tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Source new carriers and expand our network to meet the growing demand for our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in carrier rates to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient freight operation.
  • Utilize technology and software to manage shipments, track deliveries, and generate reports.
