Requirements: –
Associate level or equivalent experience – Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field – Strong adaptability and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment – Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask – Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services – Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software – Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team – High school diploma or equivalent
