VoiceFoundry, a TTEC Digital LLC company, is seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead our AWS Sales team. This is a remote role based in the United States.

Reporting to AWS Practice Leader, the Vice President, Sales will manage a team of sales executives going to market with the AWS Connect solution set. As a key partner in the CX space with AWS, we work with their amazing Cognitive CX suite of technology including Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend, Personalize, Pinpoint and Lambda. This role and team will work closely with the AWS sales and professional services teams driving new logo business from opportunity to closure. You will be front and center as the leader helping our clients understand the impact that implementing Amazon’s suite of services can have on their customer’s experience. The VoiceFoundry team has deep specialization in contact center, CRM and customer experience solutions, the successful candidate will have a similar background.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Management of a new logo pursuit sales team
  • Driving Growth in bookings, revenue and margins to achieve higher than market growth rates in cloud contact center technologies and solutions.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of AWS Connect
  • Developing executive level relationships with the AWS and within clients and leveraging TTEC senior executives in a strategic manner
  • Drive the appropriate sales disciplines to achieve the targeted results meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas
  • Being a highly collaborative leader representing the TTEC Digital business, in partnership with leaders of services and operations, across all TTEC businesses
  • Maintains competitive knowledge and focus providing industry expertise and thought leadership

What You Bring to The Role

  • Required – 10+ years direct sales and sales management experience selling PaaS, SaaS and or Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment, AWS preferred
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations – and influence purchase and buying decisions
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
  • Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals
  • Experienced go to market strategy development and complete growth plan development
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred

$200,000 – $220,000 a year

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000 – $220,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
