Uber Technologies Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time
This role will be responsible for operationalising excellent customer support and scaled customer operations. This includes ensuring that our front line agents have the right content to engage, retain and acquire customers as well as motivating our support teams to be advocates of the magical Uber experience.
There is a large focus on continuous process improvement, on both the support and product side, while advocating passionately to fix broken experiences on behalf of the customer communities we serve. There is also a strong focus on solving problems through data analytics, process implementation, performance management, and project management.
This role will work closely with local and regional Business/Ops Teams (Driver Growth, Marketplace, Ops, Marketing teams, etc.) and the EMEA Community Operations teams.

Problem solving- ability to quickly identify root causes of a problem, rally x-functional team (regional + global) around the problem statement to come up with a plan
“Hustling” multi-tasker – ability to manage across a breadth of topics, juggling different projects simultaneously. No day is the same and you will be working across lots of problems
Stakeholder management (advocacy + influence) – ability to advocate for ideas passionately and persuasively to influence key stakeholders (regional + global) to work towards a specific outcome
Data analytics must-have – analytical power to leverage CommOps’ vast data set to drive decision-making. Note – this is a skill that we are missing within the UK Mobility team
