What Will You Do?
Collect, understand, document, validate and communicate the business requirements for the product work
Build specifications in line with third-party requirements
Document business processes
Co-ordinate and perform user acceptance testing
Be able to perform ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Work with supervision from project manager or product owner
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, third parties and management to ensure all requirement are understood
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Identify, document and track benefits
Assist the project manager and product owner in delivering key project deliverables
Liaise with the project manager in formulating project and task plans
Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Use of agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira)
Good understanding and practice of the software development lifecycle
Experience of working in commercial or syndicate insurance
Knowledge of third party SaaS systems such as Acturis
Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) Diploma in Business Analysis or other modules that contribute to this diploma
What is a Must Have?
Demonstrable project experience of working in business analysis within Insurance.
