As a Payroll professional at Netflix, you will be a key member of a high-performing worldwide payroll group and will play an integral role in building out global-class payroll systems and procedures. The proper candidate for this function could be an character who has a herbal intellectual curiosity, strong analytical capabilities, and the deep preference to drive upgrades and constantly simplify methods. The candidate will flourish in a fingers-on role and has a deep preference to constantly evolve and reinvent how they do commercial enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Help with bi-weekly multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt personnel in technical, administrative and manufacturing roles.
- Make sure an accurate and well timed payroll, inclusive of base pay, inventory repayment, payroll taxes, 401(k), statutory and supplemental blessings, etc.
- Help with a timely and accurate month-cease close procedure, including account reconciliations and accruals
- Support with payroll-associated tasks which includes 12 months-quit education, keeping payroll documentation, resolving payroll tax problems and supporting periodic audits.
- Associate closely with our inner partners (talent / employee services) to offer our employees with a best onboarding and payroll experience.
- Unconsciously exceed any degree of provider expectancies from our commercial enterprise partners and the employee base we aid
- Comfortable with ambiguity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Finance / Tax / Accounting (or comparable field) desired
- 2+ years of purposeful enjoy with payroll processing and/or accounting
- Robust verbal exchange capabilities, written/verbal, and ability to engage with personnel at all ranges, including higher control
- A supporter of an inclusive and various lifestyle with out bias towards others
Quality to have:
