Job Description:
As a T-Mobile Work From Home representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries over the phone. You will work remotely, ensuring that customers receive top-notch assistance and support in their wireless communication needs. Your main duties will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses
- Assisting customers with inquiries, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting related to their T-Mobile products and services
- Identifying and resolving customer complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Upselling and cross-selling T-Mobile products to maximize customer value and company revenue
