Create, validate and report the daily Balance Sheet and P&L and assist Financial Controllers with the month-end close processes.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.
Partner with the business to implement robust controls.
Drive coordination across front & back-office functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Own process improvements and projects working with various stakeholder groups to improve the control environment and aid delivery of departmental objectives.
Provide advice to the business on the Balance Sheet, Funding and P&L impact of trades and the interaction with Front and Back Office systems.
Ensure Global policies and relevant Accounting Standards are always adhered to.
Handle various ad-hoc requests and participate in various forums as required.
