Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
