Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist, and engage with passengers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors
  • Offer information and support to passengers, including the handling of in-flight entertainment systems and stowing carry-on baggage
  • Serve beverages, meals, or snacks
  • Handle in-flight sales and transactions
  • Assure compliance with all safety regulations during all aspects of the flight
  • Assisting passengers and fellow crew members during emergency situations
  • Provide first aid to passengers if required
  • Prepare accurate cabin reports and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at high altitudes
  • Ability to relocate as necessary
  • Ability to pass a rigorous training program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; further credentials in hospitality, communication, or customer service are appreciated but not mandatory

Experience:

  • No prior experience as a Flight Attendant is required, but experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous
