To provide a consistent high level of support within the National Service Centre for functions associated to warehouse operations and inventory control.
Position Overview
General warehousing and inventory control related duties
Record inbound and outbound deliveries of products using the appropriate systems
Booking in repair collections and processing warranty exchanges for the NSC
Log and capture date on Salesforce – Stanley Black & Decker’s preferred CRM system
Dealing with transport related matters relevant to the duties undertaken in the NSC
Responsible for picking and shipping of reconditioned products – both pending repairs and finished products
Check tool details match paperwork to identify invalid/fraudulent warranty claims
General warehousing duties
Cancelling jobs on SAP (i.e. when cannot be repaired / inputted incorrectly)
Any other tasks and duties relating to the wider After Sales Service Team and NSC
